BOX components have called a voluntary fork replacement on certain model BOX forks and OEM BOX forks.

Which models are affected >>

If your fork model and serial number match the information provided, the fork is eligible for replacement.

Please follow the steps below to arrange your replacement.

  1. The fork must be replaced through the store it was originally purchased from.
  2. The store is to then process the fork through the form below. Please supply at least three (3) images including image of serial number of the fork and proof of purchase.
  3. Once the fork has been approved a replacement will be sent to the store.
  4. The old fork is to be destroyed, and images of destroyed fork sent via email to corey@advancetraders.com.au
